Main Menu
Here you can save or change the layout of your widgets, add widgets to your layout, create an order, change your settings, or log off the platform.
Layouts
This button opens the Layout menu. There you can Save or Clear your Layout, Load a saved Layout, or reset to the Default.
Widgets
Opens/closes the WIdget menu, so you can add Widgets to your platform. Widgets are applications that display different kinds of information, to make your trading easier. Simply drag and drop the Widget into the platform, to where you find most convenient.
Order
Opens a blank Order Ticket for you to fill out and submit to place a trade order.
Settings
This button lets you change a variety of settings in the platform.
Color Palette: Use this menu to change the colors of buttons and some text used in the platform. Click on the color you want to change, pick a new color, and exit the menu when satisfied. You can also click Reset Palette to return to the default colors.
Data Services: This menu allows you to create/edit/delete connection details, and it contains the default connections to data providers. The icon of a plug is to the right of each listed data connection. The plug icon is unplugged with a red dot beside it when disconnected. When the data connection is operating the plug shows as connected with a blue dot next to it. For an explanation on how to set up a data connection in Finamark, see the section in this readme called Getting Started: Data Connections.
Default Time Zone: This menu lets you pick from all possible world time zones as the default for the platform.
Layout Sorting: In this section you can select whether you want widgets to sort vertically or horizontally.
1-Click Trading: Checking the box here will enable 1-Click Trading. When this function is enabled, every Buy/Sell button in the platform will execute trade orders immediately and without your confirmation.
Use Symbol's Last Trade SL/TP as 1-Click Trading Default: Checking this box will cause any trade made with 1-Click Trading to also add in a Stop Loss and Take Profit the same size as the Stop Loss and Take Profit that was last used in that asset.
Log off
Click this to log off the platform, and also save the current setup if you want.
